Out now on Anjunabeats: a bumper remix package of gardenstate & Bien’s ‘The Best Part’, with reworks from Patrice Bäumel and Lost Prince, as well as gardenstate’s own Outer Space mix.

gardenstate were formed after a chance meeting between Marcus Schössow and Matthew Felner. They’ve become a popular fixture on the label: ‘Take Me There’ (with GVN), ‘By Your Side’, ‘Surreal’, plus their raved-up take on Above & Beyond and Zoë Johnston’s ‘No One On Earth’ have all been well received.

With a growing underground following and a series of spectacular ‘INSPIRATIONS’ livestreams under their belt, Marcus and Matt will be releasing much more music on Anjunabeats in 2021. They’ll also be joining us on our stage at Creamfields in August 2021, and are supporting Above & Beyond at The Drumsheds London and Red Rocks Amphitheater.

Hailing from Germany and currently residing in Amsterdam, Patrice Bäumel is a consistent force in Europe’s house and techno scene. The Kompakt mainstay and former Trouw resident has remixed the likes of Camelphat, Eelke Kleijn, Audiojack and Anjunadeep’s Cubicolor. He returns to the Anjunafamily to deliver a stellar remix of gardenstate & Bien’s ‘The Best Part’.

Completing the package is mysterious progressive house act Lost Prince. The project emerged on Axtone Records in 2020, releasing a string of singles on the label including ‘Always On My MInd’, co-written with Axwell. While their identity remains a mystery, Lost Prince has made waves so far, garnering support from Martin Garrix, Oliver Heldens, Marcus Santoro and Cosmic Gate.
