British-Indian neoclassical composer and producer Cephas Azariah presents the final chapter of his debut album ‘Joy Paradox’, with a five-track remix EP. The collection features reworks from a stellar lineup: Julia Gjertsen, Steven Weston, Laurel Violet, Hollie Kenniff and album collaborators, Josh & Sam Higgs aka, josh & sam who are twins.

Norwegian composer and pianist Julia Gjertsen brings her signature blend of delicate piano and shimmering electronic textures to her rework of ‘Mellowness Of The Heart’, weaving layers of piano, synth and ambient tones into an immersive soundscape. A self-taught producer, Julia been releasing music since 2012, including five solo LPs. Her most recent album ‘Shadow Light’ was released on Moderna Records. Her sound bridges acoustic and electronic elements, often centred on the piano and driven by a fascination with sound as texture.

Rounding off the EP is the debut of electronic duo josh & sam who are twins - brothers Josh and Sam Higgs. Trained pianists with a classical upbringing, they’ve worked together for over twelve years producing for other artists, including Cephas Azariah. The duo co-wrote two tracks on Joy Paradox - ‘Kintsugi' and 'Mellowness Of The Heart’. Though they’ve always shared a passion for music, their individual influences - from melodic electronica to cinematic film scores - shape their unique sound. Embracing this new sonic identity, they bring their distinctive flair to a vibrant reimagining of ‘Kintsugi’.
